Can the box go in the fridge?

Do not place the entire lunchbox in the refrigerator. We strongly advise placing only the stainless steel inner container with food into the refrigerator until ready for use.

Can I add water in outerbox?

No, do not add water to the heating outer compartment. It's recommended to add a small amount of water to the stainless steel container.

How long does it heat up?

Heating time depends on the amount of food, and the indoortemperature. It takes approximately 25 minutes to complete the heating process in room temperature conditions.

Can you heat the pp box?

Yes you can, it safe. However, I believe it would work better for serving items like fruits, salads, or desserts.
